Dr. Jennifer Lynch

Dr. Lynch is the co-founder and CEO of Wonderlust Collective, Inc – an innovative insights consultancy firm. Within the community, she is a highly regarded strategic partner and gatherer of actionable insights. Formally trained as a clinical psychologist, Jennifer brings an extensive background in psychological theory and practice to her role within the industry as she carefully translates business objectives into actionable learning and opportunities for her clients. Jennifer’s expertise in qualitative research spans across diverse audiences (such as general pop, kids/teens,  professionals, patients and low-income populations) as well as a range of research initiatives—from deep consumer understanding to positioning and concept development to shopper insights. ​

Prior to WoCo, Jennifer worked as the Vice President of Innovation & Training for North America at one of the largest global market research firms.  During that time, she led a team of over 30 employees and launched a new innovation process as well as several unique methodologies within the qualitative space.  She also served as a qualitative research director where she led client service and research design in the consumer packaged goods sector for top Fortune 500 companies.  Her unique skill set in psychology coupled with her expertise in strategic thinking both supported and drove growth for her clients’ businesses. ​

Currently, Jennifer resides in a small town just north of Cincinnati called Lebanon, Ohio.  She lives with her husband and three very active boys.  She enjoys spending time outdoors with her boys, yoga and weight training, and traveling internationally any chance she can get!
